
Today I talk about resting the mind! Taking time to rest your mind is very important, but why?
If you never allow yourself to relax, your thought patterns become tired and stuck, like a computer that needs to be rebooted. Without breaks, it’s hard to think clearly, solve problems, or make good decisions. This can make you feel overwhelmed and stressed.
Just like our bodies need sleep and good food to stay healthy, our minds need time to recharge too.
For myself, listening to ocean sounds or spending quiet time helps give my brain a break, allowing it to refresh and think better.
